Spot on! Too often our lives become one big habit of shortcuts. The payback is that all areas of our lives are shortchanged. What we need to do is find that Point of Connection™, with ourselves, our business, our branding, and our clients.

When we shortchange our own business, not only do we disempower ourselves, but we model that for our clients as well. In effect, we're telling them not to use us, not to take care of their business. We're telling them, we don't take care of ourselves, you can't count on us taking care of you either. You wouldn't take golf tips from a duffer.

So rather than strengthening our client Connection, we're weakening or breaking it - BIG TIME!

Bravo, Michael! Looking forward to hearing more.
